Quick read: Maega Partner is the service-provider app used by individual professionals and registered service agencies to receive and complete jobs booked through Maega. To operate the app we collect identity, KYC, bank, location, photo, and device data — most of which is mandatory because law and platform safety require it. We do not sell your personal data. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time through the in-app option or by emailing [email protected].

1. Who this policy is for

This policy applies to you if you are:

• An individual service provider ("Professional") who has signed up on the Maega Partner app to deliver services to Maega customers; or
• An authorized representative or agency-managed worker of a service agency ("Agency") onboarded on the Maega Partner app.

If you are a Maega customer (i.e. you booked a service), the Maega customer-app privacy policy at https://maega.com/privacy applies to you, not this one.

We collect data only when you actively use the app and only what is needed to onboard you, verify you, pay you out, dispatch jobs, and keep customers safe.
